PPS have developed a strong approved Sub-Contractor system including many specialist companies who supply raw materials such as forgings. As an independent Company we can select and buy from the best supply chain provider to meet the material specifications and deliverables required by our customers. Our in-house machine shop and ISO 9001 accredited quality assurance services ensure controlled manufacturing to supply the finished products as per our commitments to customer satisfaction.

To supplement the Company’s manufacturing ability, large quantities of forgings, flanges, seamless and welded pipe and butt weld fittings are stocked at our St Helens facility. This enables fast track supply of pipeline packages and to support repeat supply agreements with regular customers to ensure just in time deliverables.

Forged Components are purchased from a large choice of approved Sub-Contractors ensuring customers specific needs are met.
Compact Flanges
Project Pipeline Supply Limited provide a complete range of Compact flanges including Swivel type.
We have significant experience machining and supplying these parts, which require particular accuracy due to very fine machining tolerances and surface finish requirements.
All machined dimensions are measured and verified by our independent Inspection Department using Co-Ordinate measuring type equipment.
Compact flange design can be verified by FEA techniques to ASME VIII Div 2 Part 5 by our in-house Design Department.

Project Pipeline Supply have entered into a Technology Agreement with N’GENIUS Materials Technology to market and supply their range of licenced stainless steels.
The N’GENIUS Series™ is the next generation of High Strength Austenitic Stainless Steels, offering a wider selection to conventional 300 series with the benefits of higher strengths and vastly improved corrosion resistance.

PPL Hold stocks of Pipes, Fittings and Flanges in several grades of materials. This facilitates fast-track package supply to all our customers for their pipeline needs.
We offer a cut-to-order service for specific pipe/tube lengths, with instant turnaround times provided by our in-house sawing service.
Machining
We have a modern, fully equipped machine shop capable of machining small intricate parts and large heavyweight parts up to 1.9m diameter and 4T weight.
The machine shop is very flexible ensuring in-house quality and production control to react to customer requirements.
Delivery & Collection
Our logistic department can provide dedicated delivery internationally through transport solutions or our own fleet.
