Compact Flanges

Project Pipeline Supply Limited provide a complete range of Compact flanges including Swivel type.

We have significant experience machining and supplying these parts, which require particular accuracy due to very fine machining tolerances and surface finish requirements.

All machined dimensions are measured and verified by our independent Inspection Department using Co-Ordinate measuring type equipment.

Compact flange design can be verified by FEA techniques to ASME VIII Div 2 Part 5 by our in-house Design Department.

The N'GENIUS Series™

The N'GENIUS Series™ of High Strength Austenitic Stainless Steels is a next-generation series of austenitic stainless steels that offers higher strength and vastly improved corrosion resistance compared to conventional 300 Series grades.

The N'GENIUS Series™ has been designed to achieve two key aims:

· Out-perform and supersede the majority of the conventional 300 Series of austenitic stainless steels.
· Offer a genuine alternative to the use of other materials such as 6Mo, Duplex, Super-Duplex and certain nickel alloys

This is a new breed of patented, higher-value materials that will change the way industry views austenitic stainless steel.

Project Pipeline Supply has entered into an agreement with N'GENIUS Materials Technology to market and supply their range of licenced stainless steels and products.

Stock Materials

PPL Hold stocks of Pipes, Fittings and Flanges in several grades of materials. This facilitates fast-track package supply to all our customers for their pipeline needs.

We offer a cut-to-order service for specific pipe/tube lengths, with instant turnaround times provided by our in-house sawing service.

Machining

We have a modern, fully equipped machine shop capable of machining small intricate parts and large heavyweight parts up to 1.9m diameter and 4T weight.

The machine shop is very flexible ensuring in-house quality and production control to react to customer requirements.
