Project Pipeline Supply Ltd Quality Management System was first established in December 1982 and has evolved through BS 5750 Part 2 and is today based on BS EN ISO 9001:2015. The adopted system is three tier with a Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management System, associated Procedures Manual, and further supplemented with Working Procedures.
Project Pipeline Supply Ltd have a statement of policy which is an integral part of the Quality Management System. The Quality Manager and the Quality Department operate independently to production / process control departments.
Assessment approval and monitoring of sub-contractors
The Procedure Manual is an internal controlled document and is not issued but can be viewed on request. All products are manufactured or supplied in accordance with the requirements of the customer’s purchase order and associated international and contractual specifications, the control of which is ensured through the Project Pipeline Supply Ltd Quality Management System. Assessment of sub-suppliers, document control, manufacturing procedures and internal inspection procedures ensure that product conformity is guaranteed with or without the intervention of client or third party inspection.
Accreditations
Accreditation is issued and monitored by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance. A copy of Certificate Approval No. 911052 is enclosed herewith: BS EN ISO9001:2015 Certificate.
Project Pipeline Supply Ltd’s Quality Management System is accredited according to ISO9001: 2015 for the manufacturing of High Yield Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys and CRA Pipe Flanges & Special Pipeline Equipment. The supply of pipes and fittings in all materials grades. The provision of product design verification.

In-House Inspection capabilities include Dimensional Inspection, Ultrasonic Inspection (Volumetric Cladding Bond Check), Magnetic Particle Examination, Liquid Penetrant Examination, Positive Material Identification, Hardness Testing and Cladding Thickness Verification. The provision of in-house quality capabilities improves the Company’s ability to deliver Quality Products within shortest possible lead times.
